Green Gourmet Cooking is a Denver based company and our meals are made with organic and local ingredients, prepared daily and delivered to your house with simple to follow directions for heating or finishing. We take the work out of meal time which allows more time spent with your family. Our mission is to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, ensuring the food on your table is fresh, healthful and responsible. As many of you know, I am pregnant and due in early March. I have decided to start my maternity leave as of February 11th, 2013. It was with much contemplation and thought that I arrived at this decision--but it is the right choice for me and the baby. My husband and I are busy preparing and getting ready for the arrival of our first child. Thank you for understanding and respecting this decision.

It has been my pleasure and honor to cook for all of you and I look forward to cooking for you again. Please, in my absence, continue to eat and nourish your body with healthful and organic food.
